Role Purpose
To oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of Syngenta Juveniles Football Club, including bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting, and financial record keeping, ensuring transparency, compliance, and sound financial stewardship - without holding formal board-level responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records (income, expenses, bank reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the board
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitoring financial performance
- Track donations, grants, and expenditures
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for audits and internal reporting
- Support the board with clear and timely financial insights
- Handle payment processing and oversee the club's bank accounts)
