EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee of Syngenta Juveniles F.C. plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management and long-term development of our club. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the club runs smoothly, remains financially stable, and continues to provide a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all players, coaches, and volunteers.
The committee oversees the club’s finances, from setting budgets to managing all income and expenditure. Enabling Syngenta Juveniles F.C. to grow and thrive while offering affordable, high-quality football experiences for players of all ages.
At all times, the Club’s governance and adherence to SYFA policies and procedures are of upmost importance and we continually work to ensure these are in place and are adhered to.
In addition to financial management, the Executive Committee is responsible for the club’s organisational structure. This includes coaches, volunteers, and supporting the development of our teams, from the youngest age groups to our Pan Disability and Walking Football sections. They also ensure safeguarding and inclusivity policies are in place, promoting the welfare and safety of all involved.
The committee acts as the main point of contact for external organisations, including national/local football associations, sponsors, and community partners. By maintaining strong relationships with these stakeholders, they ensure that Syngenta Juveniles F.C. adheres to all relevant rules and regulations while continuing to expand its community presence.
Syngenta Juveniles F.C. is an SFA Quality Mark Club and regularly participates in SFA community projects such as SFA Network Rail and SFA McDonald’s Programme.
